Alejandro has been providing regular maintenance on my yard for over 20 years. When I was wanting to re-landscape my outdoor space, Alejandro was able to listen to my needs, help work out our planned design, and execute it flawlessly.

He and his crew have completed demo work, hauled away debris, created retaining walls, built redwood fences, built pergolas and other structures, created tile patios, created raised beds, planted plants in line with our overall design plan, and has offered a tremendous amount of knowledge on all things plants!

He is truly a joy to work with and has become a part of my family. We always look forward to him coming over so we can brainstorm more projects for my space!

“ We have a home in Santa Barbara with a fairly large driveway that accommodates a three car garage and wanted to have the driveway upgraded with pavers. We live in a small 12 home community with an HOA and guidelines for improvements.    We had received one bid from a company that seemed excessive and decided to ask Alejandro Sandoval for a bid.  Sandoval had done some extensive work at the home of friends of ours and we were impressed by the quality of the job he and his crew had done.  

     We received a fair and competitive bid from Mr. Sandoval and he worked with my wife and me to pick the pavers and patterns that worked for us and our home.  Mr. Sandoval was very knowledgeable about the various stones and patterns and advised and collaborated with us in picking the appropriate colors and size of stones as well as  the stone patterns that would work best for our home  and setting. 

     We set a date to begin the project and Mr. Sandoval and his crew began the project that day and every day afterward on time and on schedule.  Mr. Sandoval and his crew handled every aspect of the job from the excavation and removal of the old driveway to ensuring that the equipment and materials impacted our community as little as possible.  They were very attentive to ensuring that the noise, staging, storage and equipment impacted our small community as little as possible.  Every day when they stopped work, they left the site as clean and orderly as could reasonably be expected. 

      Mr. Sandoval and his crew team were always on time, professional and clearly had a pride in their work.  I would often watch them working and I was continually impressed by their attention to detail and how they attended to the little things, the pride and care that they took in their work, and how he kept us abreast as to how the project was progressing.   Mr. Sandoval and his team were easy to work with and completed the driveway paving project on time and on budget.  They did a beautiful job and the best part is that we love our new driveway.  Finally, I would add that Mr. Sandoval has a broad array of expertise and we intend to use Mr. Sandoval on other construction and gardening projects at our home.  And, because our neighbors saw his work one of our neighbors has asked Mr. Sandoval to work on a project at their home and the HOA has asked him to bid on a project for the Association.   We highly recommend Mr. Alejandro Sandoval.”
